 How do I connect to our sessions?

You will be emailed a unique link for each appointment. You can use a computer, tablet, or smart phone as long as it has video and audio capabilities. Please make sure you have a private, quiet space for our time together.

 

How will I be billed?

I use an online billing company to manage my billing. If you decide to continue with me past our free consultation, I will send you an email to have you create an account with them and they will give you simple instructions for completing payments, send invoices, and bill your insurance if applicable.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

All sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or they will be charged at full price. If you reschedule within the same week there will not be a fee, but that is dependent on us both having availability. If you have a medical emergency, cancellation fees can be waived. Please reach out as soon as possible to let me know.

If you have two or more late cancellations in a row, I may not be able to hold your appointment time for you.

 

Can you see me if I travel?

I am licensed in the State of California, which means you must be in California for our sessions. If you have travel within the state, I am happy to continue to see you. If you have to leave the state, we can cancel our session and resume when you come back.

 

Can I refer a friend?

Referrals are the biggest compliment I can get, and I always appreciate them! To refer a friend, just send them my email or to my website. Because of both your confidentiality and theirs, I will never be able to actually acknowledge or thank you for a referral, so please take this as my appreciation.
